Managing Partner
Ross Buntrock is a litigator with 29 years of experience representing clients in complex and high-stakes matters. His practice includes mass tort litigation, class actions, mass arbitrations, and consumer protection. Before joining Sweetnam Schuster & Schwartz, Ross founded and led a boutique law firm dedicated to mass tort litigation, where he represented individuals harmed by defective products and devices. He has defended clients in state and federal courts across the United States, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and other appellate courts. Earlier in his career, Ross led practice groups at several AmLaw 100 firms in Washington, D.C., focusing on class action defense, corporate law, privacy and data security, and regulatory issues in the communications and technology sectors.
