Jared Siegel
Partner
Jared Siegel is an accomplished attorney who focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, white-collar securities matters, and regulatory enforcement actions. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, securities litigation, financial products disputes, insurance recovery, and internal investigations. Jared represents global banks, private equity funds, venture firms, and a range of businesses from startups to multinational corporations. He also advises clients on commercial agreements, startup formation, and compliance issues at every stage of business growth. Previously, Jared practiced at leading New York firms, served as Senior Counsel at a top boutique trial firm, and worked in-house at a major hedge fund.
