Mike Sweetman

Mike Sweetnam has extensive experience as lead claims and trial counsel in complex multi-million-dollar construction and design liability cases throughout the United States and Canada. He has a strong record as first-chair trial counsel and prioritizes cost-effective resolution of disputes whenever possible. In addition to litigation, Mike advises construction industry clients on project management issues, risk management, and contract negotiation. For more than thirty years, he has also represented victims of negligence, successfully recovering millions of dollars in compensation for clients harmed by third-party individuals and corporations.
