Jason Coleman
Of Counsel
Jason Coleman is an experienced litigator and corporate attorney with a background in employment law, regulatory matters, and public-interest advocacy. He has served as General Counsel to organizations, assistant attorney general for Tennessee, and director of legal affairs for a nonprofit think tank. Jason has argued before appellate courts, authored formal opinions, drafted legislation, and advised companies on compensation plans, commercial agreements, and compliance strategies. He has led internal investigations and represented clients before both state and municipal regulatory boards.
